If a cancellation request is submitted 10 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.

If the cancellation request is made between 6 and 10 days before the check-in date, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.

If the cancellation request is made within 5 days of the scheduled check-in date, no refund will be provided, and the advance payment will be forfeited.
